Directions from Kirkwall Harbour

From Kirkwall Harbour keep the sea on your right.
Go left at the middle roundabout onto Junction Road.
Follow this road for around a mile going straight across the small roundabout and past the hospital on your right.
Still on the same road which will turn to the left and go up a hill.
At the top of the hill take a left onto Holm road.
Royal Oak House is on your right after about 250 metres.
